aw man. lost my edits.
short list then:
surgery cancelled as my insurance will change and may cover it. operative word is may
vacation next week to the rim for trout fishing from boat and shore: camping with friends. maybe some crawdads for dinner as well. really hope so, anyway.
the week following, a week off with 2 nights spent at the grand canyon, El Tovar hotel. from there we'll see what happens. a week off is pretty nice, especially when I work only 3 nights a week, and they are the end of the week, so it is almost 2 weeks off! maybe up to the rim again for more fishing in the fall weather.
